Digital delivery

Digital software, no physical shipping

MyDeskBuddy is delivered electronically. There are no shipping charges or physical parcels. After Razorpay confirms captured payment and our server verifies it, the purchase receipt provides your unique license key and available download.

Email and activation

After captured payment is verified, your receipt, license key and available download link are emailed to your purchase address. Your online receipt also displays the key and download. Keep the key displayed on your receipt. Check your spam folder or use Find your receipt if the email is delayed. The app asks for the key and purchase email on first activation.

Download availability

Windows downloads appear only when a release installer is available. macOS is under preparation and cannot be downloaded yet. If payment succeeds but delivery is missing, contact indiatechstore@gmail.com with your order reference. Do not repurchase to resolve a delayed receipt.
