Information we process

The website stores your purchase email, order and payment identifiers, amount, payment status, method, fees, refunds and license records. Razorpay processes payment credentials; MyDeskBuddy does not store full card numbers, CVV or OTPs.

Activation sends your license key, purchase email, operating-system type, device label, a hashed device identifier and an installation authorization secret over HTTPS in production. These support one-device activation and transfer. The raw hardware identifier is not sent to the server.

Local app information

Reminder schedules, messages and custom character assets stay on your computer. Optional wake phrase processing is local. Normal app operation does not require a cloud connection. You control microphone access and audio settings.

Cookies, security and service providers

Essential session cookies protect checkout and administrator access. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Razorpay checkout loads from Razorpay when you open this page and is governed by its privacy policy. Email delivery, when configured, uses the seller’s email provider. Server security logs and rate limits may process connection information.

Retention and your choices

Purchase and license information is retained to provide lifetime activation support, prevent payment fraud and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact indiatechstore@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes. No software or service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Purchases and configuration for children should be handled by a parent or guardian. Do not submit children's personal information in purchase fields.
