Terms of use

These terms apply to the MyDeskBuddy website and desktop software sold by Nasurudeen MK. By purchasing or using the software, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy, delivery and refund policies.

Product and license

₹199 INR is the currently configured one-time price for a personal lifetime license for one active computer. The final amount is shown before payment. Lifetime means a perpetual right to use the purchased software version, not a guarantee of continuous updates, online services or future operating-system compatibility.

Do not share, resell or distribute your license key. Deactivate online on the original device before activating another. Contact support if the original device is lost or unusable. Routine use is offline; activation and deactivation require internet. Offline copies cannot receive immediate server revocation after a refund or transfer; the license agreement still limits use to one active computer.

System requirements and limitations

Windows is the initial target. macOS distribution is under preparation and is not available yet. An unsigned, unnotarized Mac release may require approval in macOS Privacy & Security. Keep your computer awake and MyDeskBuddy running for timely reminders. This is a personal productivity tool, not a medical device, emergency alarm or guaranteed notification service.

Your content

You retain rights to your uploaded character images. Upload only content you have permission to use. External character generation tools have their own terms and costs. Microphone hardware affects optional local wake phrase detection. Spoken reminders are temporarily disabled in the current release.

Payments and support

Payments are processed by Razorpay. A license is issued only after server verification of captured payment. Test mode is a demonstration and creates no live purchase.
